Sentoo was awarded the CITI Innovation Award 2024 and the Business Innovation Award. The CITI Innovation Award celebrates and honors the most innovative product, service, or solution introduced in Curaçao over the last year. The jury recognized Sentoo's outstanding contributions in simplifying domestic instant payments and driving economic growth through innovative technology. In addition to taking home the overall prize of the CITI Innovation Award 2024, Sentoo was also honored with the Business Innovation Award.
The winners were recognized across five categories, including Business Innovation, Circular Innovation, Digital Transformation, and People’s Choice, and were announced during the ceremony on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. The prestigious award is open to all businesses and entrepreneurs based on the island that drive positive change using digital technology.
This marks the 26th year the Curacao Innovation & Technology Institute has organized the CITI Innovation Award. The institute, founded by the Ministry of Economic Development of Curaçao, promotes opportunities for Curaçao to become more creative, competitive, sustainable, and resilient.
