Direct digital payment with Banco di Caribe
Banco di Caribe customers can now experience the convenience of Sentoo's online direct debit service while using their Banco di Caribe current account. Previously, the customer was limited when shopping online, since webshops ask to pay via PayPal or iDEAL. Going forward, Curaçao has its own online payment method that is linked to a current account at Banco di Caribe. This is a groundbreaking step in digital payments for our island. Banco di Caribe is the first and presently the only bank to offer this online payment service for local businesses.
Sentoo has created the possibility for customers to make online payments through their local bank account without the need for a credit card or the so-called 'wallets'. Sentoo integrates directly with local banks in the Caribbean. Payments via Sentoo are processed in real-time, allowing products or services to be delivered directly to the customer.
