ANVA is the market leader in the Dutch Caribbean and Suriname insurance industries. Most insurers manage their entire policy and claim administration and invoicing in the ANVA platform. By integrating Sentoo into the platform, insurers and intermediaries can now also receive effortless online payments from their policyholders. This is an important step in digitizing and streamlining payment processes. Sentoo will be available with the new release of ANVA in April 2025 and is the only payment method with which ANVA customers in the Caribbean can receive local online bank payments. The partnership between ANVA and Sentoo increases operational efficiency in the local insurance industry, because payments can now be processed and reconciled 100% automatically for the first time when reading bank files.
Implementation by ISC
With the support and expertise of ISC in insurance software, Sentoo has already begun implementing a temporary solution in preparation for the new ANVA release in April 2025. Insurers Citizens Insurance, Seguros Brouwer, and Boogaard Assurantiën have all opted to start now. This enables them to send invoices from the ANVA environment via email incorporating the Sentoo QR code and payment link. As an added benefit, they can easily switch to the full version at no extra cost next year.
Simpler and faster premium collection
“We are extremely pleased to make our payment method accessible to the entire insurance sector in our region,” says Vincent van Rutten, Managing Director of Sentoo. “All invoices generated by ANVA will contain a Sentoo QR code or payment link. With this, we can make a major leap towards more digitalization and a strong improvement in the end-to-end customer experience. On the other hand, the integration helps to reduce costs because the premium collection process becomes much simpler and faster.” Sentoo will be available for initial bookings, extension bookings, and reminders.
